A class animation project. I built the puppets and storyboarded and animated 2 of the scenes.
Actual story based on Swedish writer and illustrator Sven Nordqvist’s book with characters called Pettson and Findus.

Wonderful film, youve really given the characters a lot of depth. :)

    This is amazing!

The ’set’ was unbelievable in-depth and well done.

Also, the rummaging in the box scene was very well done, rarely do you see stop-motion that displays that flexibility with camera angles.

It’s Pettson and Findus, not pedersen or Petterson. Pettson! At least in Swedish version and as far as I know, the author is from Sweden. (It was great, well done)

very well done, I applaude because I know how hard and painstaking stop motion can be.

I love how the animation gets much better and smoother.
the attention to detail is incredible.

this reminds me of the Rudolph movie because even thought its “stop-motion” it’s still pretty smooth. Good job. It’s really cute. :)

The animation its self is a little wonky. Stop motion takes some work tho. Personally I don’t do it so. Found this by your DA page I am TheSilverKnight.

because we didn’t know their names - they were written in some other language so we weren’t sure how they’re pronounced

Great work! Is a shame that moves itself so much the stage in the beginning, but is a beautifull ambient. And the feline… is my favourite!

Very nice. I like how it’s done at several different angles.
