  The Warden is Warden Crighton, the same guy played him throughout the entire show. I don’t think he was in many episodes, maybe 10?

  Actually, the part was always intended for Eartha Kitt, but she had a contract doing something else so Julie Newmar and Lee merriweather stood in for her–Another interesting fact is that the COMIC BOOK Joker was originally inspired by a poster of Ceaser Romero for the movie “The Man Who Laughs,” years before the TV series was ever thought of.

  If anyone believes the Joker is going to go straight, they should be hung by their personals for lack of forward thinking. Even Batman/Bruce was stupid enough to buy it. Dynamic dum-dum!
